THE STAGE EFFECT
Let's Do This โ†’
A few spots open ยท fall cohort

You have a gift the world is waiting to feel, and pay you for. Let's get you onstage, not just online.

If you're a coach, healer, or facilitator with a gift that's ready for more than your inbox, this is your way into the room. The Stage Effect is an 8-week container for turning what you know into a talk, a workshop, or a facilitated experience like breathwork, dance, yoga, or somatic healing, then getting it pitched, booked, and paid for. You'll build real confidence, package your offering, and submit 6โ€“8 applications to conferences, festivals, and events full of people ready to become your clients, your students, and your community: the exact work that grows your income and your impact at once.

The gap

You're not short on expertise. You're short on a plan to get it onstage.

01

Your signature message is still living in your head, not on a page, not in a pitch, not anywhere an event organizer could say yes to.

02

You don't actually know which conferences, festivals, or events are looking for someone like you, so you apply randomly, or not at all.

03

You applied to speak once. You never heard back. You quietly decided speaking "isn't really your thing."

04

You freeze the second you picture standing in front of a room, so the outline never gets past the first bullet point.

05

You're posting every week trying to build authority, when one well-placed talk would build more trust (and more clients) than a month of content.

06

You don't have a repeatable system. Even if you land one stage, you're back to square one for the next one.

Fit check

Who The Stage Effect is built for.

This is for you if

  • You're a coach, consultant, healer, or facilitator with real expertise or work, but no polished offering yet
  • You've thought "I should be bringing this to more people" more than once, and you're done just thinking it
  • You can commit 3โ€“4 focused hours a week for 8 weeks
  • You want an offering you'll pitch again and again, whether that's a talk, a workshop, or a facilitated session
  • You're ready to hit submit on real applications, not just plan to someday

This isn't for you if

  • You want someone to write and submit applications for you with zero involvement
  • You're hoping for a viral keynote with no rehearsal, feedback, or practice
  • You're not willing to get on camera or mic and say your talk out loud
  • You need a guaranteed booking before you'll even try
What changes

This isn't just learning to present. It's what happens to your business once you're actually in the room.

1
Real confidence, not just theory

Confidence isn't something you wait to feel: it's built, week by week, through rehearsed material, direct feedback, and an actual application in an organizer's inbox. That's the part most people skip, and it's the whole point of this container.

2
Your message, however it's meant to travel

A keynote, a workshop, a breathwork journey, a movement or yoga session, a somatic healing circle: whatever form your work takes, we build it to be pitched and booked, not just practiced in private.

3
A bigger audience, faster

Every event puts you in front of a room that didn't know your name yesterday: new followers, new email subscribers, new word-of-mouth you didn't have to build one post at a time.

4
New income, not just visibility

Speaking or facilitation fees, plus the clients and sales that follow being seen in the right room. This work is built to grow your income, not just your following.

5
A system, not a lucky break

You leave with a repeatable process for finding, pitching, and landing stages, so this isn't a one-time win.

6
Momentum for the whole business

More visibility, more trust, more people who know your name before they ever buy from you. That's what actually compounds into a bigger business.

Stages look different for everyone. Yours might be a keynote, or a room like this one.
The offer

Introducing The Stage Effect: the 8-week container from idea to invited.

Eight working weeks. One offering: a talk, a workshop, or a facilitated experience. A real pitch package. Applications out the door, with me building your confidence alongside you the entire time.

01Week One
Find your signature offering

Mine your expertise for the one offering only you can give.

  • Uncover the topic, story, and transformation that's uniquely yours to share, as a talk, a workshop, or a facilitated experience
  • Get out of "I don't know what makes me qualified" and into a clear, ownable angle
  • Real confidence-building work, not just mindset talk: you'll leave this week actually believing you belong in the room
  • Leave with a one-line description you can say out loud without flinching
02Week Two
Know your stages

Learn what organizers actually say yes to, before you write a word.

  • Study what different conferences, festivals, and events look for in a submission, and what gets a pitch skipped
  • Define your ideal event profile: genre, level, audience size, and format
  • Learn what I've learned from my own successful submissions: what organizers respond to, and what gets overlooked
  • Leave with a clear picture of the rooms you're actually aiming for
03Week Three
Build your outline or flow

Turn your topic into an offering that actually holds a room.

  • Structure your opening hook, core teaching points or arc, proof, and a close that moves people
  • Decide your format: keynote, breakout, workshop, panel, or a facilitated session like breathwork, movement, yoga, or somatic healing
  • 1:1 feedback on your outline or facilitation flow before you build a single asset
  • Leave with a complete, rehearsal-ready outline
04Week Four
Draft your materials

Write the materials an organizer will actually read.

  • First full drafts of your bio, one-sheet or artist statement, and visual asset brief
  • First pass at your deck, video reel, or written proposal, whatever the event asks for
  • The goal this week is a complete draft, not a perfect one
  • Leave with every material started, nothing left blank
05Week Five
Refine your materials

Sharpen every piece against what actually gets a yes.

  • Revise your materials against what I've learned from my own successful submissions
  • Tighten your pitch so it sells the value of the room, not just the topic
  • Direct 1:1 feedback on every draft before it goes anywhere near an organizer
  • Leave with a submission-ready materials package
06Week Six
Build your target list

Build the list of stages that actually fit your work.

  • Research and shortlist 15โ€“25 conferences, festivals, and events matched to your genre, level, and goals
  • Prioritize by deadline and fit, not just name recognition
  • Map a submission calendar so nothing gets missed
  • Leave with a prioritized target list and deadlines mapped out
07Week Seven
Rehearse & pressure-test

Run it for real before it goes out the door.

  • Rehearse your talk or facilitation flow out loud and get direct feedback on delivery and presence
  • Pressure-test your pitch against questions an organizer might actually ask
  • Refine based on what comes up in practice, not just theory
  • Leave with a rehearsed, confident offering ready to submit
08Week Eight
Submit and follow up

Get it out of the drafts folder and into inboxes.

  • Submit 6โ€“8 applications to your priority list together: I look at your materials before anything goes out
  • Troubleshoot applications in real time as questions or edge cases come up
  • Handle follow-up outreach to organizers so applications don't just disappear into silence
  • Leave with applications sent, not just planned, and a system to reuse for every stage after this one

Your guide

I help people like you turn what you already know, and what you're here to share, into an offering someone will book.

I've spent years coaching entrepreneurs on how to get visible, and I kept hearing the same thing: "I know I should be out there, I just don't know where to start, and every time I try I freeze." So I built the process I use with my own private clients into an 8-week container. Not a self-paced course you'll leave half-finished, but a room where I sit with you week by week, with eyes on your actual materials, and bring what I've learned from over 100 stages in the last three years: what organizers respond to, and what gets skipped. From blank page to submitted application, together.

I'm the founder of Dance Alchemyยฎ, an intuitive business coach, and a somatic healer. For over 15 years, I've facilitated transformational dance and healing spaces for more than 100,000 people around the world. I have a background in psychology, plus years of my own healing, intuitive, coaching, and personal development training. Before I built my own company, I spent years as a Master Trainer and international presenter for other companies, teaching hundreds of people to become dance and healing facilitators. Movement and dance are where I come alive, and that passion is what led me to create the Dance Alchemyยฎ Somatic and Embodiment Certification, which trains facilitators to hold powerful, deep somatic healing experiences for their own clients through movement medicine.

This isn't just about learning to present. It's about building real confidence to bring your message to the world, whether that looks like a keynote, a workshop, or facilitating something experiential like breathwork, dance, yoga, or somatic healing, and packaging it in a way that actually grows your audience and your income.

That stage time is the main way I built Dance Alchemyยฎ into a six-figure business with 130 instructors across four continents. It's also how I built the business before that, PL3Y Education BC, another six-figure business built from the stage, not a fancy funnel or an online launch.

Questions

Before you apply.

I've never spoken publicly before. Is that a problem?

No. Most people who join haven't stood on a stage yet. That's exactly what the confidence work in week 1 and the direct feedback on your outline and materials in weeks 2โ€“3 are for: you won't submit anything until it's actually ready.

What if I don't know what to talk about yet?

That's week one's whole job. We mine your experience and results for the angle that's genuinely yours: you don't need a topic walking in, just something you know deeply.

Do you guarantee I'll get booked?

No program can honestly promise a booking: that decision sits with each event's organizers. What I can promise is a finished offering, a professional pitch kit, and 6โ€“8 real applications sent to events matched to you, plus the system to keep pitching after week 8 ends.

How much time does this actually take each week?

Plan on 3โ€“4 focused hours a week: one live session plus outline, writing, or outreach work between sessions, paced to build momentum without burning you out.

What if I'm not confident on camera or with a mic?

Confidence is built into the program, not assumed at the start. Week 1 tackles the mindset block head-on, and every draft you write gets direct feedback from me before it goes anywhere near an organizer.

Does this only work for keynotes?

No. The same process works for breakout sessions, workshops, panels, festival talks, and facilitated experiences like breathwork, dance, yoga, or somatic healing. We'll match your format to what your target events actually book.

What happens after the 8 weeks end?

You keep your outline, one-sheet, target-event workbook, and pitch templates for good, plus a repeatable process to apply to the next round of events on your own.
