Brooke Yantzi, founder of Dance Alchemy

Hi, I'm Brooke

I have stood on 50+ stages. And I still remember what bracing feels like.

For 15+ years I have guided over 100,000 people through transformational movement and healing spaces. I built two six-figure businesses from presenting on stages.

I have always spoken and moved. And here is what I have learned: people hear me better when I get them moving, because they are having an experience, not just listening. The stages of the future bring the body into the room.

Stage Presence is the shift people ask me about most. I would love for you to feel it with me.

Be honest with yourself

You already know your work is powerful. So why does your voice tighten the second someone is watching?

Maybe you over-explain. Maybe you apologize before you even begin. Maybe you rehearse the perfect pitch in your head, then water it down the moment it counts.

Here is what no one tells you: that tightening is not a lack of talent. It is your nervous system bracing. And a braced body can never be magnetic.

The moment you stop bracing, everything changes. Your voice drops into your body. Your words land. People feel the difference before you finish your first sentence.

That is Stage Presence. And you are about to feel it.

The real secret of unforgettable speakers

They won't remember what you said. They will remember how you made them feel.

You are not here to just speak on stage. You are here to create an experience, because an experience is what leaves transformation. We have all sat through the speaker who was “okay,” or a little boring. And we have all met the one who made us say wow.

Stage Presence is how you become the wow. It doesn't even matter what you talk about. It's how they feel after your experience that never leaves their body.

Long-lasting effects. Long-lasting transformation.

Let's clear something up

Four things you've been told about stage fright that simply aren't true

Myth

“Just don't get nervous.”

That is not possible. Nerves are part of the deal. I have spoken to 100,000 people and I still get nervous, depending on the size of the room and the circumstance.

Myth

“Imagine everyone in their underwear.”

I have spoken on 50+ stages and I have never imagined anyone in their underwear while I was facilitating. I don't even understand that one. What actually works is moving your body.

Myth

“The nerves disappear with enough stages.”

Good news: you never get rid of nervousness. I will show you how to step on stage with confidence even while you are holding it. No one will know but you.

Myth

“You'll know you were good when they tell you.”

When I started teaching yoga, I doubted every class, and every compliment was a little ego boost. You don't need validation to know you rocked it. Leave every stage knowing you have the wow.

This is for the coach, the healer, the woman with a message.

You have medicine. You have a story you want to share, or an experience you want to facilitate. You know you are here for more and you want a greater impact. But you are nervous, or scared, to take that step.

âś“  You are about to speak, pitch or go live, and you want to feel steady instead of scared.

âś“  You lead dance, breathwork, kundalini or somatic work, and you are ready to bring your medicine to a bigger room, on a stage.

âś“  You are brilliant at what you do, yet you shrink when it is time to talk about it.

âś“  You want to be seen, hired and remembered, without performing or pretending.

âś“  You wonder whether you have the wow factor, the it factor.

âś“  You want clarity, confidence, knowing and momentum, today.

My story

Every single time, my first time on stage, I was terrified.

My heart was racing. I was hot and flushed. I was afraid I wouldn't remember what I was going to say. I was afraid I would freeze. I was worried about whether they would like what I had to share.

I lacked confidence that what I had to say mattered. That I would be impactful enough, or that people would enjoy it or respect it. I had facilitated before, but as the groups got larger, I wondered whether I could hold them.

And this isn't just about speaking. It's about presenting your offer, whether it's dance, breathwork or kundalini, to a larger audience, on a stage. I was so nervous and scared that I almost wanted to create an excuse not to do it.

But every single time I leaned in, I became more powerful at what I did. I was so grateful I did it, because it stretched me. It was feel the fear and do it anyway energy. I knew it was good for me precisely because it made me nervous.

And there is always a powerful breakthrough. The adrenaline rush. The high. And the impact: people coming up to me saying, “Wow, that was so amazing.” People coming up to say, “I want to work with you. I want to sign up for your stuff.”

There is no better feeling in the world than bringing the medicine to people. Bringing your medicine.

My pre-stage ritual

Here is what I do with the nerves, before and during every stage

After 50+ stages, I still feel them. I just know what to do with them. This masterclass is about expanding your nervous system so you can step onto bigger stages, hold larger groups, and leave people saying “wow” instead of “oh, that was okay.” I will walk you through it.

Step 1

Move it

I put songs on and dance. I let the excitement and the sensations move through my body so they don't get pent up and stuck as anxiety. That adrenaline is a natural part of expanding into new spaces. Moved, it becomes excitement.

Step 2

See it

I visualize how I will show up. Me speaking, presenting, facilitating, and people having a mind-blowing, heart-opening experience where they truly get it.

Step 3

Embody it

I get into the embodiment of my message, so it becomes a deep experience for people, not me talking at them and droning on. It is a remembrance of who they are.

Step 4

Hand it over

Then I pray and hand it over to Spirit. Spirit, move through me. I step on stage and allow it to flow through me.

When the nerves come back on stage

Even after 50+ stages, my head can pull me back. It shifts within a minute or two, almost always when I start moving, put the music on and get people dancing, or crack a joke and the whole room laughs. A pattern interrupt that drops me back in. In the masterclass, you will find yours.

The secret behind the stage

You don't memorize it. You rehearse it.

I am going to show you how to use what Olympic athletes use to win the game: mind programming. You see it, you feel it, and you live it in your body before you ever walk on.

This is not about learning your words by heart. I am not going to teach you to speak like a robot. I am going to teach you to rehearse so that you are standing in the embodiment of it, and your audience feels that experience.

Rehearse the feeling, and the words take care of themselves.

What it feels like when it clicks

On stage, I feel alive.

What I feel

Alive. On purpose. In my element. A deep knowing that I am meant to be there. Like Spirit is pulsing through my body, a channel opens, and wisdom and insight come through me. I feel powerful, connected to myself, my truth and my medicine. I remember who I am.

It is a feeling in your body like you have never been more alive. That aliveness is exactly what we are going to open up together.

What I wish someone had told me

That it is normal to be nervous. To trust myself. To trust Spirit to come through me, to trust my body and my soul's wisdom, and to step into the woman I want to be.

What I hear after I speak

“I wish I could facilitate like you.” “I wish I was that magnetic.” “One day I hope to present like you.”

My dream is that after Stage Presence, you hear it too.

In their own words

Don't take my word for it. Hear what happens when women get out of their heads and into their bodies.

“When I get out of my head, into my body and let the music move me, self-consciousness begins to fall away. From that place, confidence, authenticity, self-expression and pure JOY naturally flow through.”

“I had a really, really hard day yesterday, but instead of returning to old patterns I calmed myself and let myself rest and breathe. And today I feel so much better.”

Emily
Learning to regulate her nervous system

“It's the alchemy. I feel alchemized. Even though I didn't stay for the entire duration, the dose has just created such a change in me. I'm coming from a refresh and a renewed place.”

Anu
After a live Dance Alchemy event

“Learning it from this perspective makes SO much sense, especially since I have absolutely ZERO dance experience.”

@mollyreclaims

“Her authentic embodied self-love and confidence truly supported my entire experience, her body being so THERE with you through all of it.”

Amanda P.

“I am so happy that I found you! Learning from you and being guided by you has made such an incredible impact to my life!”

What opens up

As you step in, three things unlock

01

Confidence in your offer

The hesitation you feel talking about your own work, the caveats, the undercutting, the small voice, starts to quiet. You say what you do like you mean it, because you finally do.

02

Confidence in yourself

Not the borrowed kind that depends on how a room responds to you. The kind that is regulated, embodied and still there on your hardest day.

03

Confidence in your voice

Online, in person or on a literal stage, your voice stops competing for space and starts taking up the room it deserves. People notice before you finish a sentence.

The experience

What happens in the room, minute by minute

This is not a lecture. You will move, breathe and speak, and by the end, you will feel the shift in your body. Not just understand it in your head.

Minutes 0 to 15

Name the block

We start with what comes up when you think about getting on stage and putting yourself out there. That is the block, and naming it is where the shift begins.

Minutes 15 to 55

Move and rehearse it

We dance and move through it. You visualize yourself on that stage and rehearse it in your body, the way Olympic athletes do, while your nervous system expands into its new capacity.

Minutes 55 to 80

Shift into the vision

You step into the confidence, the clarity, the knowing and the momentum, so what you have to say lands as powerfully as you know it can.

Minutes 80 to 90

Tools to keep

You leave with practices to activate confidence before you walk on stage and while you are on it, so you never leave a stage wondering how powerful your experience was.
