2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable unless you find someone else to take your spot.
3. Travel and Insurance: Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and obtaining travel insurance. The Renewal Retreat is not responsible for any travel disruptions, lost luggage, or other travel-related issues.
4. Health and Safety: By participating, you confirm that you are in suitable health for retreat activities. You release the organizers from any liability for injury, illness, or other medical conditions that may arise during the retreat.
