Dance Alchemy Terms and Conditions

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment and Payment

• Upon completing the purchase, you are enrolled in the Dance Alchemy program (online or in-person) and will have immediate access to the course content (or access as outlined in your specific program agreement).

• Payment for the program is due in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

2. Refund Policy

For Online Programs:

• Due to the digital nature of the program and the immediate access to the content, no full refunds are available once you have gained access to the course material.

• If you have accessed less than 25% of the course, you may request a partial refund. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase for consideration.

• If you have accessed more than 25% of the course, we offer a credit for the amount paid, which can be applied to a future program or service with Dance Alchemy. The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

For In-Person Programs and Events:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, minus any administrative fees.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

• In the case of a medical emergency or extraordinary circumstance, refunds may be offered at the discretion of Dance Alchemy. Please contact us immediately if this applies to your situation.

• If the program is canceled by Dance Alchemy due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., health and safety concerns, government restrictions, or weather-related issues), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future program.

3. Program Access

• For online programs, you will have lifetime access to the course content (unless otherwise stated) as long as the program is active. Access may be revoked if there are violations of our community guidelines or terms of service.

• For in-person programs, attendance is confirmed upon receipt of payment. In the case of illness or emergency, please notify us as soon as possible so we can discuss potential options for transferring or rescheduling your participation.

4. Account Security and Participation

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details for online programs and ensuring that no unauthorized person gains access to your account.

• For in-person programs, you agree to abide by the community guidelines and safety protocols outlined by Dance Alchemy. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the program without a refund.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• The content provided in the Dance Alchemy program (both online and in-person) is copyrighted and remains the intellectual property of Brooke Yantzi and Dance Alchemy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share the program content without express written permission.

6. Program Changes or Cancellations

• Dance Alchemy reserves the right to make changes to the program, including but not limited to scheduling, content, and instructors. In the event of significant program changes or cancellations, you will be notified as soon as possible.

• For in-person programs, if a change of location or cancellation is necessary, we will offer the option to transfer to another date or provide a full refund.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

• By enrolling in Dance Alchemy, you acknowledge that the program is intended to provide personal development and educational content through somatic movement and dance. We do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and you agree to consult appropriate professionals for any health or psychological concerns.

• You acknowledge that engaging in the activities in the program (online or in-person) is done at your own risk, and Dance Alchemy, its employees, and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or emotional reactions that may occur during your participation.

• For in-person programs, you agree to follow all safety protocols, and acknowledge that Dance Alchemy is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of personal property during the event.
